15 years ago this cauldron was the centrepiece of the Sydney Olympic Games. Now it is incorporated into a park outside the main olympic stadium and is a water fountain during the day. Whilst I was setting up for this shot, some young boys were kicking a ball around while the rest of the family were enjoying dinner on a nearby bench. There was also a constant flow of people streaming past on their way to a Kiss concert in the arena just off to the right of this shot. A precinct utilised and enjoyed by many.

The symbol of the Olympic games - the world coming together doing something they love - resonates with this wonderful OMOE project.
